Cottages 1-7 are 1 Bedroom,    1 Family Cottages.
Max Capacity is 2 adults and 2 children under 18.  
They have 1 full size bed and 1 full size futon. 

Cottages 8-11 are 2 bedroom, 1 family Cottages.
Max Capacity is 2 adults and 4 children under 18.
They have 2 full size beds and 1 full size futon. 

Over Capacity is $25.00 per person per night.

  • No Dogs or Pets!

  • No Visiting Dogs or Pets.​

  • We do not break up    week-ends. (Fri-Sat).

  • 3 Nights minimun to reserve in the Summer.

  • 2 Nights minimum to reserve in the off season.

  • No Smoking inside of Cottages. ($200.00 fee if any evidence of such).

  • Bon-fires are allowed at the Bon-fire pit only!! (Not the bbq grills).

  • Quiet time is from  10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

  • No canopies with Sides.
 
  • No Campers.

  • We do not supply  linens or towels.     They are available at $15.00 per set​

  • 50% deposit is required to secure reservation.​ Reservations are not confirmed until Deposits are Received.

  • A 3% Convenience Fee will be added to any electronic form of payment.
 
  • Must have a valid Credit Card on file for any unexpected Incidents (damages, cleaning, etc).

  • July 4th and Sept 1st is 'weekend rate'.
 
  • Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum.
 
  • No Early Check-ins or Late Check-outs during the summer season.
 
  • Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
 
  • Check-out time is by 10:30 AM​

  • Parking is limited, one parking space per cottage.

  • Visiting Guests are allowed up to the cottage capacity, over that amount there are many public beaches and parks you can meet with them at.​​
